The Glow in the Dark yellow tongue cable puller tool is extremely useful when trying to get cables up and down cavity walls and through the ceiling. It is solid enough to push through inside a cavity and flexible enough to get around corners (if you bend and flip the tool correctly). Once you get the cable puller tool in the correct position - you then tape on the cable and pull it through. Please note to tape the cable to the underside so it does not get stuck on timber beams when pulling through. You can also drill a small hole to thread the cable through to make a stronger connection, then tape it neatly prior to pulling the cable through (to prevent friction when pulling).
